Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering this giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you can still buy merch, but you will not be participating in the giveaway.

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to residents of Europe, the United States (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this Giveaway is RadialFlipz LTD ("Promoter").

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on 15/01/2025 and ends on 28/02/2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, purchase any merchandise from the Promoter during the Entry Period and complete the feedback form emailed to you after your purchase.
• No Purchase Necessary Option: Alternatively, you can enter by sending a handwritten letter with your full name, address, email address, and a 500-word essay about why you support Radial Flipz to: 35 Lansdown Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT13JP, England. The letter must be received before the end of the Entry Period.

5. Prize

The winner will receive a prize of £300. The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional material related to the Giveaway.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions or the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all respects.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of the Giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
